5. Trans Global Capital collects it's percentage of revenues generated from the worldwide distribution of Projects and pays 50% to             Class B Units.

 

    From the remaining revenues TGC directs 25%, up to $5 Million back into the TGC FUND, to repeat formula with additional                 Projects that serve to sustain TGC Fund.

 

    Class B Units continue to receive 50% from future TGC Funded Project revenues.
